Appointment times - we know your time is valuable and we pride ourselves on being on time for your services. In return we appreciate your punctuality and if a cancellation is necessary we require 24hrs notice.

 

Mobile phones – as a courtesy to other clients in the salon please turn phones on silent. We also ask that you refrain from using your mobile phone in the basin room. 

Pictures speak a thousand words - it’s not always easy to articulate the vision of your hairstyle, bringing in pictures can break down that barrier. Keep in mind that your new hair might not look exactly like the picture for a couple of reasons:

- your hair might not be the same texture or thickness

- your face shape and skin tone may also be different 

Knowing what you want or do not want is extremely helpful too. If you are unsure please let staff know when booking your appointment so we can allow more time to find out what will suit you, your personality, your lifestyle etc. 

Children - Children are welcome in the salon, but we do ask that they are as quiet as possible and are kept under control.
